3. User Accounts
3.1 Property Owners
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Customers
- You must provide accurate information for OTP verification
- You agree to use owner contact information responsibly
- You must not misuse or share owner contact details
4. Property Listings
4.1 Owner Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful property information
- Upload only genuine property images
- Keep property information up to date
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Remove listings when properties are no longer available
4.2 Prohibited Content
You must not list:
- Fake or fraudulent properties
- Properties without proper authorization
- Illegal or prohibited properties
- Duplicate or spam listings
5. Free Service
PropertyLink is a completely free service. We do not charge:
- Listing fees
- Commission on property transactions
- Hidden charges
- Subscription fees
Note: All transactions between property owners and customers are independent. PropertyLink is not involved in any financial transactions.
6. OTP Verification System
- OTPs are sent to verified mobile numbers only
- OTPs are valid for 10 minutes
- You must not share OTPs with unauthorized persons
- Misuse of OTP system may result in account suspension
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
8. Intellectual Property
All content on PropertyLink, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of PropertyLink or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
